Club Meetings

The Club meets the third Wednesday of each month from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m., but occasionally at a different time or location. If it is your first visit, email or call 425-746-5086 to confirm the meeting time and location. Meetings are open to the public and visitors are warmly welcomed.

Meetings are held at the Mercer Island Community Center, which is located next to Burbank Park on the north shore of Mercer Island. The formal name is the Community Center at Mercer View and the address is 8236 SE 24th Street. Phone 206-236-3545. See below for a map and driving directions.

A typical meeting includes club business, an hour-long program, refreshment break, and trip reports. Club dues are $10 per year. Past programs have included George Bucher's "name that lake" slideshow, a presentation by biologist Mark Downen on Dolly Varden, and a preview of the fish management plan for the North Cascades National Park.
